• Standard Shipping ($12.95): Via DHL or FedEx, delivered in 10-15 business days after shipment with full tracking
• Free Shipping: For orders over $50 via EMS, delivered in 15-25 business days after shipment with basic tracking

4.3 Delivery Areas

We ship worldwide except to certain Asian countries and remote regions. Shipping times are estimates and may vary due to customs processing.

4.4 Delivery Issues

You must inspect goods upon delivery and report any damage within 48 hours with photographic evidence. Failure to do so may affect your return rights.

5. Returns and Exchanges

5.1 Return Policy

You may return most items within 15 days of delivery for a refund or exchange, provided they are in original condition with all packaging.

Exceptions: For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on poufs and bar stools with fabric upholstery unless damaged or defective.
