Shipping Information

Order Processing

We process all orders within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Shipping Methods & Timelines

We offer two shipping options to accommodate your needs:

  • Standard Shipping ($12.95):
    • Carrier: DHL or FedEx
    • Delivery time: 10-15 business days after shipment
    • Includes full tracking
  • Free Shipping (orders over $50):
    • Carrier: EMS
    • Delivery time: 15-25 business days after shipment
    • Includes basic tracking

Note: We currently ship worldwide except to certain Asian countries and remote regions. Shipping times are estimates and may vary depending on customs processing in your country.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be completely satisfied with your Scandinavian-designed furniture. If an item doesn’t meet your expectations, you may return it within 15 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

Important Exception: For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on poufs and bar stools with fabric upholstery unless they arrive damaged or defective. All other products (dining chairs, outdoor seating, and non-upholstered stools) are eligible for returns.

Return Process

  1. Initiate Your Return: Email us at [email protected] within 15 days of delivery using the provided template below.
  2. Receive Authorization: We’ll respond within 2 business days with return instructions and an RMA number.
  3. Package Securely: Repack the item in its original packaging with all protective materials.
  4. Ship Back: Send the package to our warehouse using a trackable shipping method (return shipping is at customer’s expense).
  5. Inspection & Processing: We’ll inspect the returned item within 3-5 business days of receipt.

Exchange Process

To exchange an item:

  1. Follow the same steps as the return process, indicating you’d like an exchange in your email.
  2. Specify the replacement item from our collection (bar stools, dining chairs, outdoor seating, poufs, or stools).
  3. We’ll process the exchange once we receive your original item, shipping the new product via your preferred method.

Note: Price differences will be charged or refunded as applicable.

Refund Information

  • Timing: Refunds are processed within 5 business days after we receive and inspect the item.
  • Method: Funds will be returned to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal).
  • Amount: You’ll receive the full item price minus original shipping costs (unless return is due to our error).

Special Considerations

  • Damaged Items: If your item arrives damaged, contact us immediately with photos of the damage and packaging.
  • International Returns: Customers outside the U.S. may be responsible for customs duties on returned items.
  • Final Sale Items: Occasionally marked products are not eligible for return—this will be clearly stated on the product page.
